Yes. Each edition has a 14-day temporary-key option. The key is issued for the selected edition/runtime and is tied to the machine code supplied during activation.
The Windows edition runs the DSE desktop experience directly. The Container edition adds the protected DSE container engine and requires Docker Desktop or a compatible Docker runtime.
The AI editions include DSE's Private AI Advisor capability in addition to the corresponding Standard Windows or Container runtime.
